We would like to invite you to co-create the program at Animatsuri 2024. If you would like to have the opportunity to present your knowledge of a particular topic, have an idea for an interesting contest or LARP, or perhaps impart practical knowledge in the form of a workshop, this is definitely the place for you.
Those who decide to conduct program points at our festival can count on a number of benefits, which are as follows:
Entry fee refund
After running a program point at the convention, you are elligible for the refund of the cost of the convention accreditation, the amount of which depends on the number of submitted and accepted program items. They are presented as follows:
- PLN 60 reimbursement for each program point,
- If the program point is conducted by more than one person, the reimbursement is divided equally for each presenter.
Attention! Note that reimbursement is available only up to the amount of the paid entrance fee. Extras like convention goodies or the Premium option are not included, so it is impossible to receive a refund for them in this way. Refunds are made to your account after the convention, or in cash at the information booth after all submited program points have been carried out. For the latter option, please contact us in advance.
Refund for a friend
If your accreditation refund is more than the amount you paid for your convention pass, unfortunately we can’t pay you — you can instead donate the excess refund to a friend! Indicate another convention attendee to whom you want to give this part of the refund for the attractions you run, and like you, your friend will be refunded fully or partially of the cost of the convention pass after the convention. You can designate more than one friend and divide the excess refund among them.
Aniyen refund
Running attractions takes time away from the event, and sometimes it happens that you can’t participate in some competitions. Without this, there is also no way to get our convention currency — Aniyens, which can be exchanged for cool prizes in our store. If you preferred to receive a refund in this currency fully or partially, please let us know up to a week before the convention, and we will consider it. In this case, the Aniyen refund may exceed the amount of the entrance fee paid. If you would like to know more about this, let the program coordinator know and he will contact you before the event.
Other benefits
In addition to the aforementioned refunds, we also want to take care of our speakers during the event. For this reason, they are also entitled to benefits, among which you will find:
- Access to water, hot drinks (coffee and tea) and food (grilled cheese sandwich),
- Overnight accommodation at the event site (to be requested and confirmed prior to the event),
- Water during the conducted program point.
